Below is a list of engineering resources. Some contain quite a lot of technical detail, so if you find yourself scratching your head for longer than you initially anticipated, contact a supplier's applications engineer for support. Pick up the phone if you can! You'll get answers faster that way.

  1. Review page 29 to determine the housing arrangement
  2. Use the charts to find an O-ring that fits your geometry
  3. Flick between pages 29 and 30 to finalise the housing dimensions and tolerances
I prefer this workflow to the classic Parker Handbook. There are a lot of nuances when it comes to sealing properly and robustly, so follow the guide as closely as possible.
